When you use the contact form, you choose to provide details such as your name, work email, organisation, area of interest and message. Please do not submit personal data or information that could identify an individual unless it is necessary, appropriate and permitted.

When you use an AI safety tool, the text, context or document you submit is processed to provide the requested response. Do not use the tools for confidential or personal information unless you have appropriate authority and have reviewed the relevant provider terms.

How information is handled

This website does not create a stored account or conversation history for the AI tools. Contact enquiries are sent through the delivery channel configured for this deployment. Hosting, security, email and AI providers may process technical information under their own terms.

• • Uploaded documents are not stored by this website; they are sent for the requested review and are subject to the selected AI provider's processing terms.
• • The website does not set advertising cookies in the current build. Any future analytics or marketing tools should be reviewed before introduction.

AI processing and retention

AI requests are sent to the configured provider to generate a response. Provider names, model choices, retention settings and contractual terms are deployment configuration and should be confirmed before production use with sensitive information.

The AI tools are designed to minimise telemetry recording of prompts and outputs. This does not replace a review of provider-level logging and retention settings.

Your choices

You can choose not to use the AI tools or contact form. If you have submitted information, you may contact Precog Safety using the published contact channel to ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational requirements.
